Is therapy right for me?
Therapy has been proven to offer many benefits. If you are worried about anger, trauma, or other concerns negatively impacting your career, your marriage, your financial stability, or your health, therapy can be a positive place where you can work through and resolve your difficulties. The more active you are in therapy, the more progress you can make. While the efforts required of you may be challenging at times, the rewards can be great.
Should I come in alone or with my partner?
If you wish to work on your relationship as a couple, it is important that both of you participate in couples counseling together.
In couples therapy, I believe it is important to be available to you as a couple in a manner that is supportive of both of you. You can be assured that therapy is a neutral environment where both of you will be heard and supported.

What will my insurance cover?
I primarily take insurance but also welcome self-pay clients. Please contact me to learn more or to make an appointment.
I am a TRICARE provider for the veteran and military populations and also provide therapy for veterans through the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
I also accept Medcost, Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Military One Source.
