The more active you are in therapy, the more progress you can make. While the efforts required of you may be challenging at times, the rewards can be great.
What is unique about online therapy?
I provide online therapy for residents of North Carolina and South Carolina. If you are very busy, have trouble getting out of the house, need a more accessible appointment, or simply feel more comfortable attending therapy from the comfort of your own home, online therapy will benefit you. All you need is an internet connection!
I can meet with you for solo therapy, or I can meet with you and your partner. Couples counseling online is an excellent solution when scheduling conflicts or travel make it hard to find the time for therapy.
Should I come in alone or with my partner?
If you wish to work on your relationship as a couple, it is important that both of you participate in couples counseling together.
In couples therapy, I believe it is important to be available to you as a couple in a manner that is supportive of both of you. You can be assured that therapy is a neutral environment where both of you will be heard and supported.
If you aren’t ready for couples counseling, contact me to learn about my workshops for couples.
Can you provide training to my organization?
Absolutely. Classes and workshops are available on a number of topics. Click here to learn more.
What will my insurance cover?
I primarily take insurance but also welcome self-pay clients. Please contact me to learn more or to make an appointment.
I am a TRICARE provider for the veteran and military populations and also provide therapy for veterans through the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
I also accept Medcost, Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Military One Source.
